I purchased Blue-tooth headphones on the 23rd of November 2013. The earphones were delivered on the 7th December and I reported them faulty to Groupon on the 7th December 2013. They advised the would collect and replace the product but to date I have not received anything. I bought a Conti high pressure hose on the 6th December for a Christmas gift and to date have not received anything. I have reported the issue numerous times to the call center, Facebook site and phoned them. The list of excuses are - the supplier was closed over Christmas OR We have escalated your problem OR I am waiting for my manager to get to back to me OR We have sent your query to the supplier OR You will get it next week OR I will pass this matter on to the management team to look into. As soon as they have an update I will let you know. I've already escalated this issue to the appropriate department. Just a warning to anyone thinking Groupon is a bargain because its cheaper - its not if you don't get your products delivered - its like paying for something and getting nothing? Doesn't make sense at all. Would rather buy at other online stores who deliver what they promise.
