Groupon offered a Gazebo on their site in October last year [2012]... against everyone's advice, I bought one.
Firstly, it took almost 18 days to get it... when it arrived, it was badly packed and all the joins were rusting.
[We took photographs of this in case Groupon denied it]. I wrote to them and told them about the problem, asking for a refund. They wrote back saying they would replace the Gazebo immediately.
Well, that is the last I have seen/heard of them in this matter.
After lots of correspondences, messages left and forms filled out, asking for a refund, I have still not had anyone contact me to resolve this matter... so for 4 months now, the Gazebo still in its battered box, as I cannot use it in its present condition. This company TOTALLY IGNORES me, even though I have purchased many items from them, before and after the incident with the Gazebo.
TOTAL disregard for a CUSTOMER WHO is NOT SATISFIED!!! BE WARNED!!!
