I purchased a gazebo with House and Home in January 2012. This Gazebo came without pins to secure it and one leg broke when a storm got hold of it in August 2012. I was not aware the Gazebo have come with pins until I communicated the broken leg to House and Home. I communicated with the store requesting details for it to be fixed. I was prepared to buy a new leg myself. About two months later I still had no response, so after several calls, I submitted a complaint on their website. I have had nor reponse since. I tried calling the complaints number and nobody answers. I've compained on mail to one the Head office managers as well, and I've had no response since. It's been about 4 months, and my gazebo has damaged extensively because of the broken leg. I would like to be refunded but I cannot anybody to deal with the matter and make a decision.
