My husband and I purchased the above-mentioned from Outdoor Warehouse, Woodmead on 18 September 2013
When we opened the gazebo for the first time today we noted many scratches on all the poles. At no stage were we advised that it had been used, that it might have been a demo.
In addition, my husband lodged a complaint on their website on 19 September. This had details of the poor service we received - no one to help us and we waited a while to be helped when paying - even though we were the only customers in the shop. We were also not advised that Sportmans Warehouse, which is part of their group of companies would have the same item on special from the next day at R200 less. To date we have received no response at all from Outdoor Warehouse.
We are very disappointed at the condition of the gazebo and at their poor customer service.
We will return the product and purchase it elsewhere.
