We bought a gazebo, but on opening the box on Sunday we found parts were missing. Strubens Valley branch was out of stock of the specific gazebo. Manager Wayne and Outdoor department staff could not find missing parts in their store. Before 10:30 Monday morning they had sourced a gazebo and had it delivered to their branch. We could get all the missing parts. They really went the extra mile to help us out. Thanks and compliments to Wayne and staff!
