I bought 2 ceramic knife sets on groupon in September, the one was perfect but the other was broken I reported it directly with calasca who then requested a photo of the goods I sent this and never heard from them I then contacted groupon who has promised to sort it out and then come back with contact the supplier directly, but they can only give me the same email address that I have failed to get any response from.
I feel that Groupon offers the deals they should offer some kind of customer service which in this case does not exist
it is pathetic to say the least
