Invalid voucher, No feedback

I purchased 4 movie tickets earlier the year, and following the instructions to redeem at the cinema, I was told I have to contact Groupon as the voucher numbers were not valid. I sent an email soon afterwards, with no response. I then contacted them again wanting a refund, and then was asked to send proof of payment, which was also sent, about 3 times already, with no response.
