After numerous complaints, one involving waiting on hold for over an hour on their phone line, I was promised delivery of an item I purchased from the christmas catalogue. To date I have still not received the item and everytime I reopen the call #623205 on their zendesk, the advisors close it without any response to me. The response I finally received today was telling me to redirect my enquiry (over a month later). I guess they are not capable of helping people at that "helpdesk". I want this resolved, I want my purchase.
