No refund

I purchased a groupon which was later with drawn. Groupon mailed me asking if i would like my money back or if i would like the credit. I told them i would like the credit.
Its been over a money and i still see no credit on my account. Ive tried mailing their support but with no result.
Cityslicker is much better!
