There are a lot of complaints about Groupon's terrible reliability when it comes to delivering their products so I will just say the facts for their notice. I purchased an item: Groupon code: 0010198G75 on the 22nd Dec 2012, I have still not received it. I purchased another product: Groupon code: 0010204D7H on the 20th Jan 2013, I have still not received it. I have asked for updates on my products but only get ridiculously unhelpful replies such as: "we will inform you once the supplier has sent the product". This tells me nothing!
I am giving Groupon until the second item has reached it's four week limit on the 18th Feb for both items to be delivered or I will be cancelling both orders. I am already warning people about your terrible service, shame on you for treating your customers this badly!
