In December 2012 a item I purchased was returned as it was incorrect when delivered. Nazeema from Groupon said that it would take a few days to process and my refund would be made.
To date I am still waiting for my proof of refund to be emailed through.
I have several request numbers from Groupon but no one seems to do anything.
It's pointless calling as you wait in a line with over 60 people ahead of you - and this happens everytime you call.
I really would like the proof of my refund to be emailed to me so that I can finally close this off.
