Non Delivery of Item since 23 November 2012

Purchased an HS Power Blender (cost R1699.00) on 23 November 2012. I have not received no delivery to date.
10 December - Groupon sent me tracking details. The site tracks the delivery to the warehouse till12 December with no further comments.
4 Jan 2013 - I sent an enquiry to Groupon.
Was advised that the supplier reopens on 7th Jan and they will investigate delivery.
I've sent them numerous reminders since but have received no response from Groupon.
I'm an avid supporter of Groupon but this is disappointing and I've lost faith in their services.

Not to mention I have 2 other orders purchased on 11 and 19 December respectively and have not received my deliveries yet.
