BAD SERVICE FROM GROUPON

1. I purchased Pillows in November which were so uncomfortable and requested a refund and to date i have not received anything from Groupon. The delivery also took 2 months to get to me.
2. I then purchased another item on 13 December and to date have not received this item.

Groupon is unapproachable by telephone - I held on for 45 minutes and only got to number 35 in the que.
Unacceptable service - I will NEVER purchase from Groupon again!!!
