Waiting for my right product

I ordered the Brazilian hair product and waited two weeks for it. When it arrived there was not treatment in the package and called immediately. I was told that they will look into it. I called again a week later to be told they have not found a solution. I called the second week and was told they still have not found a solution and that a senior person will call end of the day but received no call. The service in my opinion is shocking!!! I paid for a product and expect to get what I paid for. Update: Teknique Professionals Brazilian Home Kit (Ticket #20238)
