I purchased a special that was advertised on Groupon for a Brazilian treatment from YLD. 18 days after having the brazilian cacau my hair is still NOT more manageable than before. I am in fact spending more time trying to get my hair sleek & straight than I ever did before & once hair is done with hairdryer & ghd to try straighten it, it does not hold the style, puffs out & curls oddly. I understand it's not a chemical straightner but the picture on the pamphlet shows an after picture of straight, sleek hair!! Mine is definately not a matter of wash & go. I feel I should not have bothered with the treatment at all, as my hair is no better for it. I am left wondering that is it because I paid a special price I was fooled & corners were cut such as too little product being used or diluted product used, so a profit can still to be made on my purchase. A friend who went for the brazilian cacau treatment 5 mths ago (her hair is far more curly than mine), hers turned out dead straight & a matter of wash & go for 5 whole month! Yld did not reply on my complaint until I complained to groupon, then they say I didnt use correct shampoo which I did! Now they blame supplier. FALSE ADVERTISIN!
