I ordered a "set of three jewelry dresses" on Groupon.
I paid for the product on the 20th March 2013 and am STILL waiting for the product to be delivered.
When going through the "T&C's" it says "Allow up to four weeks for delivery"
I have been waiting 6 weeks now! And when I called now I was told that I should have my parcel by next week. I was told the same thing LAST WEEK and was promised my parcel would be delivered yesterday.
I think this is shocking as where is the feedback to the client about delays???
We have to pay for a product upfront and then just kept in the dark about when we going to receive it.
I order frequently on Groupon but I don't think I will order on there again anytime soon cos why must I call to follow up on stuff I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR!!!
