I filed a complaint with Groupon SA more then a week ago, SOS (#777803) the only thing I've received was a pathetic email to say the least that they are looking into the matter.
We went for Brazilian Blowwaves at Goddess Creations. I left the Salon before my treatment was finished, after I found out that the girl assisting me, is not even a hairdresser. She knotted and damaged my hair so bad, not even referring to when I discovered she BROKE OFF MY HAIR AT THE ROOTS!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I bought a voucher for myself and a friend - she was also horrified by the experience - her hair got washed in a fishtank, while the cleaner tried to do her Brazilian Blowwave. I WILL NEVER USE GROUPON AGAIN. When buying the coupon, you expect a certain standard being held throughout, but they only care about money. Customer Service is not a high on their priority list.
