An Item was purchased through Groupon on 05-08-2013 where delivery confirmation was received with the promise of 1 week delivery. To date nothing has been delivered, phone calls have been ignored. Only once has someone acknowledged my attempts to communicate. Their response was this "We haven't found a solution to your case yet, but we hope to have something for you very soon."
This feels like an automated response as it makes no sense.. How can they not have a solution for a purchased item that they refuse to deliver!?
This purchase was meant to arrive as a gift for someone which has turned into utter disappointment for them and a complete miserable nightmare for me. I have no idea where else to turn except for the police because as it stands I have been robbed.
If anyone is reading this please take this as a massive warning! Never purchase anything from Groupon, plain and simple. They will your money, they won't bother to communicate their failures and you will be left with no money, no purchased items and a complete nightmare to deal with.
