I purchased an item through Groupon on 31-Aug-2013, and the funds for the purchase were deducted from my credit card the same day. I have been patiently waiting for the delivery. It is now almost a month and a half after my purchase. I have been practically begging Groupon for some feedback - but nothing.
This is not a great way to treat your customers. I really recommend to anyone that it is MUCH better to walk into a store and buy items at the normal price - the hassle of having to follow up and wait for items paid for is not worth the discount. My purchase was not delivered within the 2 weeks promised, and it is frustrating not getting feedback.
I would love to have my money back.
