I am absolutely shocked and disgusted regarding Groupon's customer service.
I purchased an item over a month ago, and have still not received delivery. I have had no feedback from Groupon and the only communication I received was when I initiated the calls to Groupon. I called them 2 weeks after the item was not delivered and they assured me that the item will be delivered the following week, 2 weeks later still no delivery or feedback.
I called them again and they said there was still a problem and they will have to refund me. (Not sure how long this will take)
This was the first time and definitely will be the last time I purchase anything on Groupon.
Unacceptable!!!
