NO VOUCHER PIN AFTER PAYMENT MADE IN FEBRUARY

I had purchased a ziplining voucher in february from groupon and till date have not recieved a security pin.
the company involved is willing to still provide me with service after the special has expired but they need some security password of which i did not recieve from Groupon as yet - after sending numerous emails. i did recieve a response once from Sudharshan who had instructed me to log onto my account and i will find my voucher there however it was not there. and when i replied - there was no response!

its quite FRustrating to have paid for something and did not recieve it! i havent purchased anything since this as im afriad this will happen again!!
