I have registered at Groupon this year as I have heard that it is quick, easy and reliable to purchase goods from Groupon - however this is all a as I have purchased a kettle 3 weeks ago from them however NO ONE can advise me WHY it has not been delivered all I hear from NIRMAL and GUHAN is that they are very sorry about my BAD experience and that is where it ended. They have now MY MONEY as I have not received the item purchased, it was in fact from Groupon. I am going to lay a charge of against Groupon as it is simply unacceptable that they take my money and then never deliver their end of the bargain. This was my first and last time EVER with Groupon
