Purchase of voucher 2012 - still nothing

I purchased a Groupon voucher in Sept 2012, i redeemed it with the supllier Ethekwani Banners a week later. to this day i have nothing to show for it. the vouchers to the value of R590 for photos printed on canvas was never supplied. to this day i am still trying to get my koney back from Groupon. i recieved an email this morning stating i will recieve a Groupon voucher for R295. my total purchase was R590 and they on;ly willing to refund R295. i paid good money for these canvass and they want to give me a voucher. why on earth would i purchase another item through groupon if this is the service i recieve. and what am i going to do with less than half of what i paid. i do not want a voucher, i paid money for it and want my FULL money back!!! not R295 i want R590 (what i paid!!!)
