Groupon poor service (4 months later no response)

1. I purchased a Tomcar track or off-road experience voucher on 15 July 2013. I contact the supplier to book the 'experience'. I was informed that previous Groupon users damaged the vehicles and that the company is not prepared to receive us.
2. I purchased a Landscaping voucher. The landscaper, Shaun Vermaak always cancelled meetings at short notice of just didn't arrive. As time progressed we never heard from him again.
3. I contacted Groupon from November to request a refund. It is 4 months later and I am still waiting. They said that the funds were credited to my account but I cannot find it at all. I requested them to provide me with evidence of payment but I haven't received anything to date. I have spoken to Groupon in December for close to an hour.

I have sent 12 emails to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] from 11 December to date without any success.

I have since spoken to (without any success).
