I'm totally dissatisfied with the service I from Groupon. I purchased a Sony ericson phone on the 1st August and received confirmation of my purchase stating it would be delivered in a week. Last ThursdayI decided to call the customer service line to enquire about non delivery since a week had passed, the agent I spoke to said it will go out on Monday I even changed my delivery address to my work address so they could find me. Mon. came and went but still no phone in hand. I feel this is unprofessional and inconsiderate because I really need a phone the one I am using now is not in a good condition I didn't buy this just for the heck of it I have a need for it. You don't even notify us that there will be a delay I had to call again and stay on the line for 25 minutes with Jamie Lee who told me it will be delivered early next week maximum?!!! What is that really? I just feel you decide to say whatever just to get the clients away when they call, so you just lie. The agreement was 7days I demand to get delivery by Wed 14th Aug. I like making use of the Groupon service but this is totally unacceptable. I was even made to hold on the line waiting to speak to a manager no one took my call
