Hi,
I bought a voucher via Groupon for the special advertised for Bella Palmeira - weekend away.
In order to sucure a booking, the groupon voucher has to be sent to the supplier (Bella Palmeira) this the request of Bella Palmeira
I made the booking for 23 - 25 Nov 2012, and when I followed up to confirm if all in order, the new owner informed me that the previous guy ran away with everyone's money.
Since my deal was through Groupon, and they advertised this special and the money was paid to Groupon, they should refund my money (R1050.00) as I have not received any compensation back for this deal.
The new owner said they cannot refund me and I have to pay again for the weekend away, which is unfair as it has been paid for.
I have sent numerous emails to Groupon following up, and the last response received was to inform me that the voucher was claimed for by Bella Palmeira - Ref 619056.
This is bad business to advertise a special and their clients do not own up.
