1. Money was taken off my account and my Groupon was not sent to me
2. I was told they will refund me but was not informed that they would give it to me in groupon credits at R500 per day!
3. I cancelled my booking with the 3rd party and was told I would be refunded
4. I was then told to send proof of cancellation to Groupon, which I did - I was then told I will not be refunded because I have exceeded the 7day cancellation period. Which was the 3rd parties fault and not mine!
Your service is disgusting. I will warn everyone who is looking to buy from Groupon.
