I bought a groupon for a stay at 5* Illyria House on 29.11.2012.
-I then booked with Illyria House for 12.05.2013.
- Illyria House contacted me 4 days before the booking to say that the groupon has been cancelled and that if I wanted to keep the booking I had to pay cash and R200 more.
-I then contacted Groupon and they said that they were aware of the cancellation.
I would have expected that it would have been groupon to contact me concerning the cancellation.
I paid groupon R1795 and to date they have not refunded me. I keep getting the same email saying that they are in the process of following up my query.
