I purchased a voucher via Groupon for Teeth Whitening with Orchid Dreams 2 months ago. I chose the option for 2 people and paid R1750. I went for my treatment which didn't work at all. My friend (2nd person on the voucher) then tried contacting Orchid Dreams to no avail. I had to threaten Natalie at Orchid Dreams before she got back to me. While this was happening Natalie offered a redo of the teeth whitening as it had not worked. I arrived at the appoint one Saturday afternoon only to find that the business had moved premises and they had forgotten my appointment. When i queried this i was told Natalie was no longer going to validate the offer. I contacted GROUPON SA and spoke with Chantel Davids telephonically and over email who informed me i would not receive a refund and that my friend (who had paid 2 months ago!) could now go for her treatment. My friend and i want nothing to do with Natalie and her unprofessional business - we want our money back. Its the least we deserve! Obviously now my friend does not want to go to her for the treatment as it does not work and she is totally unprofessional. Would you want to go to someone that gave you grief as a service provider??!
