In August I bought a shoe rack from Wicount which broke as soon as I tried to stack the first pair of shoes. I contacted Wicount to inform them and a guy by the name of Tewis referred my query to a Lerato. I've been enquiring about status on my query ever since with no further response from neither Tewis not Lerato. Wicount's customer service is the worst I've dealt with in a while and initially I had wanted a replacement unit but now I want a refund
