I've recently purchased a Telefunken Touch Screen 8GB MP3 player from Dealclick. I received delivery last week and to my surprise when I opened the packaging, I found a scratched, used, secondhand product with a loose screen!
This is the second time I purchased a MP3 player from Dealclick and I suppose I was the fool to believe that they will actually provide a quality product the second time around given Telefunken is a reputable brand.
The first MP3 player ("Sports Digital Music Player" ) I purchased from Dealclick was incorrectly advertised as having a FM Radio. I requested a refund and was told that I will need to post it back to them to get a refund after they made the mistake of incorrectly advertising it. I decided to keep it instead of going through the effort of trying get my money back from them and to my disappointment, it broke within the first week of using it. I highly doubt that the product even cost half the price I paid for it even though they say I received a 50% discount!
Think twice before you purchase any electronic device from Dealclick!
