I bought HCG o. Dealclick over a month ago, in fact I bought 2. I had to follow up with regards to the vouchers, firstly they could not pick up my payment, the suddenly I got both vouchers. Then I sent my vouchers to the seller Monica Sweesy, I have not heard from her, she read my mails but not once responded. I followed up with both parties, Monica Sweesy did not respond. I then sent her a mail stating that I have not received my products can she possibly give me a refund as this a over a month later. She just responded with the following words: contact dealclick for refund. I then contacted dealclick and Gugu said she needs to confirm with Mocina, she then sends me a mail that they will refund me with vouchers. I want my money back in my account. I will never in my life buy form them again. I want my cash money that I paid into their account immediately... I want that back.
