I purchased a bracelet and earring set and received it damaged and unable to wear, I have liaised with dealclick and collection was supposed to be made from me for a new bracelet or refund by the 28th of November, it is now the 3rd of December and I still am waiting for them to collect, I always have to call dealclick to follow up on a complaint that I have, no one ever calls me back, I'm now sitting with a bracelet that I cant wear, it seems that I will have to spend yet more money to have this "new" damaged item repaired so that I may actually get use out of it! WILL NEVER EVER USE DEALCLICK EVER AGAIN I am so disappointed with them as this is not the first time that I have had to struggle to get a refund out of them!!!
