I ordered a MP3 player from this company. The promised delivery time was 14 - 30 days.
I made a request for feedback on their website and received no response.
I phoned them and was promised the item would be despatched the same day. I again followed up with a e-mail on which Gugu from deal click actually responded by advising me I would definitely be receiving the item early the next week.
No delivery was received and I e-mailed Gugu again and was informed that the item was not despatched.
I requested an immediate refund and was informed she'll look into it and come back to me. Last response
I eventually managed to make contact again and was promised that a refund would be made by last Friday (20/09/2013)
Up to date no sign of the refund! and as usual I cannot make telephonic contact
