I have purchased two items, one was purchased on the 16.07.2013 and the other in April 2013 - waited and are still waiting for delivery - every time I've contacted them _ I was promised a call-back or some feedback but to-date nothing has happened. The guy did mention that they were out of stock, but were going to get more the same week and i should receive delivery in a week or two and he will keep me informed, so I've been patient - however now it's more than a month and still nothing has been received.
The other item was a faulty unit so I had to return it - the delivery guy said that I should recieve a new unit in a day or two - but there also nothing has been received.
I now feel that my money has just been because I've paid close to R 1 000 for stuff that I dont even have.
Terrible service - would not want to purchase ever again from them.
