No reply on requesting a refund!

I have received the MP3 player on the 15th of January 2013 which I bought from Groupon. I am however very disappointed with the quality of the MP3 player and don't think it's even worth the R239.00 I paid for it and the casing was cracked when I opened it, even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I am sure you can buy this MP3 player at a flea market for less that a R100, so I don't know where it's apparently for sale for R399 worth as stated on the deal (without the discount). I would like to know if I can have this item returned and be refunded please, I am a regular user of groupon products and this is the first time that I am so disappointed with a purchase. I would also suggest that groupon looks into this deal as I think it's a . i am complaining on Hellopeter because it's been a week now and no one at Groupon has replied via email regarding my issue!
