I have placed an order for a knife set on groupon for R399.00. On 25 March 2013 I have paid the R399.00 to groupon and send my proof of payment. Until 2 April 2013, I have not received my voucher and my payment has not been allocated to my order. I have requested a refund on 2 April 2013. I have sent my bank details to the refund department of groupon and have followed up on why my payment has not been refunded. To date, 22 April 2013 I have not received my refund of R399.00. I am very disappointed as I am a very good customer of groupon.
