Where is my refund?!!

So you messed up with your Christmas deliveries

you publically stated everyone would get compensation who did not get their orders for Christmas

you undertook to give me a refund on my order..

you have since ignored every email I have sent to find out what is happening to my refund.

will someone finally take this matter seriously

explain what compensation I can look forward to receiving..

and explain to me where my refund is!!!
