On 08/11/2013 I bought a Christmas Tree & Lights code 00100478II for R325.99 on Groupon and I received my order on 09/12/2013, a month later instead of a week delivery period that was stated on the advert. This was after a numerous enquiries with Groupon. I was unhappy with the product after opening it on 11/12/2013 and I sent an email to Groupon on 12/12/2013 at 6:39 am with the photo of the product requesting a refund. Groupon has not responded to me since. The only email I received was an automated email from Groupon on the evening of the same day, 12/12/2013 at 18:45. I'm very disappointment with Groupon's service and I would like to have my refund.
