Wicount does not want to refund

I bought mandela coins on their website, after a few weeks of non delivery, I contacted wicount and told them that I wished to cancel my purchase due to the non delivery of the coins, and would therefore want my money back. That was more than a month ago, and everytime I phone Gugu, she tells me that their account department is still waiting for the supplier to confirm non delivery of the coins, I have sent many emails to Gugu, and she has had no courtesy to get back to me, and whenever I call her, I get the same story about the accounts department waiting for confirmation. I do not want those coins anymore, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK... PLEASE!
