I have purchased a Wicount Voucher to buy an earing set. This purchase was made on the 7 June 2013.
I have still not received it.
I have called the office and was told the supplier is having trouble with customs. I was also told that I can expect a phone call soon as to when delivery will take place. that was 2 Fridays ago. no call from Wicount till today, 5 july 2013. I call today 5 July 2013 and no answer in the morning. I called again and was told that I was going to go through to dispatch, the phone goes dead. this is not the first problem I have had a problem with Wicount. The only reason I purchased this Pendant was because I previously purchased a movie voucher for about R300 and the movie voucher did not work. I did not get my money back but I did not ask. instead I got Wibucks to buy something that I am still waiting for...
