I booked a Groupon deal in December 2012 which was postponed by the vendor several times over a few months, and in March 2013 I eventually asked them to refund my money, as the next window for this deal would only have presented itself at the end of 2013 and I wasn't prepared to wait that long. Now after 2 months of emailing back and forth I still don't have my refund, but apparently it was processed on Groupon's order system. I have forwarded my bank statement to the Groupon consultant, which proves that the money left my account in December, but was never returned.
