I am extremely upset at the service that I have received from Groupon.
I paid R4250 for the set of coins that was to be delivered within 2 weeks of receipt of payment.
Payment was done and receipt confirmed by Groupon on the 19th of August. I have to date still not received my coins.
When I pay such a large amount of money for a product, I expect exemplary and efficient service. I have definately not received this.
I would like to cancel the order as I have still NOT received my coins.
I want a full money back guarantee from Groupon (The money is to be deposited into my account - I will provide the details on request from Groupon). I do not want to hear any nonsense about a 18% handling fee or any other charges as the coins have not been delivered to me. Absolutely pathetic service!!!
