Full payment made but no delivery, no explanation

6 x Nelson Mandela 90th Birthday Mint State 66 Coins bought from Cityslicker on 6 December 2013 as Christmas presents - still waiting for delivery, explanation on why there's been delivery, apology for shocking customer service, calls returned following my messages. WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT OF A SOUTH AFRICAN BUSINESS! Despite numerous phone calls and emails to both Cityslicker as well as the supplier, Coin Collector SA, I still have no delivery of the 6 x coins I paid just under R 5, 000 for on 6 December 2013 and I've heard every excuse under the book - we're very busy, we're running on skeleton staff, you weren't 'white-listed' as a new customer despite us taking your money, the supplier doesn't have your details, you aren't on the list of persons that bought coins but we've still taken your payment of just under R 5, 000. When I requested a refund, this couldn't be processed either. Could somebody, ANYBODY, from either Cityslicker or Coin Collector SA, PLEASE advise where my coins are and when I'll receive them?
Rather order from Kalahari, Amazon, Wantitall, in fact ANYWHERE except Cityslicker!
