I booked an appointment to see Daniela in February (all deal sites have her down as Daniella...) during the week as she claimed to be full on Saturdays. I had a Dealclick voucher for Highlights, cut, blow wave and treatment. She convinced me to have colour on my hair and pay extra for it, pushing her bill up to over what I would pay my regular stylist. Then she said she could not do the highlights on my hair as it would not work. She promised that I could come back for the highlights. I followed up, again, in writing to get an appointment but to no avail. I never got my highlights. I then went into Donnas hair studio, from where she works for another beauty treatment only to see that she was not there on that Saturday and often is not there on a Saturday. I want my highlights monies back. I am not interested in seeing her again.
