Jean Mulder from Era Estates in Sedgefield was far more than helpful and gracious in that she not only helped us find the right house for the right price, she also introduced us to an excellent builder and oversaw all the alterations over a period of four months. This was quite an exercise seeing as we are 1300km away in Mpumalanga. She managed the costs and kept us up to date with photographs and e-mails. The results were beyond our expectations, and she was here to welcome us once all the hard work had been completed. She made practical suggestions throughout the process, and went out of her way to negotiate the best prices for material wherever possible. This is far more than any Estate Agent is expected to do. She volunteered to assist and remained professional throughout.
