I would like to complain about the rude lady on the phone at the Umhlanga Cresent branch
I just called in and the line was a bit bad at first, I said hello and asked her if she could hear me.
Her response was, Yes I can hear you I am waiting for you to talk! In a very rude tone of voice, like she was irritated at answering the phone.
A customers initial experience should be a good one not to get a person having a bad day or something!
Maybe send her for some communication skills or hire someone that is pleasant to talk to!
