In January 2013 this year i took my dstv decorder in, for it was giving me error codes & they said that it need to be replaced which i understood but not even before we left the guy that served us told us see you back here in 9 months time because they give us used ones that they have fixed up & not actual new ones, we are fully insured which we have to pay R30 every month so why give us a second hand instead of a new one. Any way not even two months later & it starts giving us problems always scanning & then it started with the same errors as the first decoder, i phoned dstv to complain but they said i need to take it back because there is not much they can do. So i took it back two weeks later after work & they gave me a new one this Saturday that's just past & i told the gentlemen that served me i was here in January with the same problems as this one is giving me now & i want a new one, but i see that they have giving me another one that they just repaired/used one to me which has also started with errors i phoned dstv & complained yet again about Aerial Excellence in Edenvale there in the Greenstone cresent shopping center & told them i am so discussed by dstv & its service!
