I have logged a query with Vodacom approximately 2 weeks ago and to date, I have had no response. I have been experiencing issues with my data bundles - in that I have not been downloading any content, nor logging on to the internet, yet about 100MB of data is being eaten daily. I have requested that a detailed itemized account be extracted and forwarded to me to enable me to ascertain why my data is being used up. I have logged the query with their Call Center on 2 occasions, where I was assured I would receive a call by close of business the next day - that was over a week ago.
Vodacom's Call Center is equally frustrating because you are placed on hold for up to 17 minutes at a time with no Consultant taking your call to inquire about an update on your query.
Vodacom is apparently still investigating what the problem is and in the mean time, my data is being used with no apparent reason.
