I have a 2MB line which worked fine until 2 weeks ago. I did the speed test at [URL Removed] and found that the max download speed is about 40KB/sec. That is ridiculous, from a possible 2MB to 40KB? I have logged a call but it has not yet been sorted out. Call: #444217 Could someone please take a look at the issue as we, the client, is paying for a service that is not delivered. I have seen numerous reports on the internet about people complaining about the same thing. Thanks.
